Executive Coaching
I am an ADLER trained ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified coach with multiple trainings and certifications in human behavior. I bring a laser clarity and strong intuition to the process of discovering the real issues, and moving you forward.
I have come to my coaching practice from a business background in corporate culture transformation. I work with Co-Creation Partners, a New York based consultancy that helps its clients to increase business performance by unlocking the human potential within their organizations. I work as a facilitator and executive coach to embed the transformation and usher the new skills and tools towards sustainable change.
Previously, I cut my teeth in the entrepreneurial world as a communications strategist running a branding agency for many years. I worked with clients both big and hopeful, from FedEx to start ups.

The Human Synergistics (LSI) assessment tool enables you to take a revealing look at yourself and to understand your thinking and behavior – to recognize your specific strengths, as well as reveal stumbling blocks that may be standing in your way.
Feedback is presented on a Circumplex that identifies 12 thinking patterns, or styles. These styles reveal either constructive (effective) or defensive thinking and behavior patterns that are related to self-enhancing, self-protecting, or self-promoting ways of responding to people and situations. With awareness you can pinpoint the areas of change that are meaningful to you – and begin the process of transforming them.
Self-leadership Coaching
Based on Internal Family Systems (IFS), a ground-breaking model that recognizes that we are a ‘multiplicity’, a collection of parts each with different experiences, feelings, thoughts, beliefs and goals. Together these parts make up our personal internal family system – our internal leadership team if you will.
Sometimes our parts are very active in our system, and they run the show, often from outdated beliefs and world views. Have you noticed you can have many internal conversations pulling you in different directions?
The IFS model opens the door to identifying our ‘inner leaders’ and bringing clarity to their role and purpose. This helps us to make decisions with greater awareness and to Self-lead with greater authenticity.
